1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Spamlix mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Spamlix provides a community-driven call screening and spam blocking service. The App relies on algorithms and community reports to identify potential spam. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% block rates for new or spoofed numbers, nor do we guarantee that legitimate calls will never be flagged.
3. Community Abuse & Acceptable Use
Users are expected to use the spam reporting feature responsibly. You agree NOT to maliciously report legitimate numbers (e.g., emergency services, legitimate businesses, personal contacts) to the Spamlix community database. Accounts found engaging in abusive reporting will be permanently banned from the community sync network.
4. Intellectual Property
All code, designs, branding, algorithms, and assets related to Spamlix are the exclusive property of the Spamlix team. You may not reverse-engineer, clone, redistribute, or monetize the App or its components without explicit written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spamlix and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including missed calls, blocked legitimate calls, or any reliance on the App's caller identification.
